I believe 1-1 Support is hugely beneficial to help people feel more hopeful about the future. When I first became ill with severe depression and anxiety I wished to speak to someone that understood some of the feelings I was feeling.
Even if you notice you are feeling a little unmotivated, flat and not sure which direction to go in then my 1-1 sessions are for you!
My 1-1 support sessions are designed to:
- Help you to understand what you are feeling and experiencing
- Help you to find comfort in that you are not alone
- Explore a holistic approach to your mental health and wellbeing
- Build your self-esteem and confidence
- Establish your strengths and goals
*We can work through anything, in particular, you wish to focus on
*I shall send you through resources to read through after each session
The sessions can either be over the phone or via Zoom. I understand it can be rather anxiety-provoking speaking to someone new for the first time but please know that I have been there. I am with you every step of the way as a non-judgmental listening ear.
Before our session, I will send you a questionnaire to complete so that I can get a better understanding of your current struggles as well as what to focus our sessions on.
Please know that everything we discuss is in the strictest confidence.
